Since most of our products are handmade and customized, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been processed. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and opening video of the product. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution such as replacement.
